JANUARY NEWSLETTER FOR CHRIST CHILD PRE-SCHOOL

Thank you to everyone that contributed to our Christmas Programs and the parents that helped out during our Christmas Parties.

Our Bible stories for January will center on the miracles of Jesus. our bible verse will be "What you have believed will be odne for you." Matthew 9:29. our character quality this month will be "I CAN SHARE."

March 31 - April 6  SPRING BREAK - NO SCHOOL

 

 

GRANDPARENTS DAY     Grandparents Day will be Monday, May 3rd and Tuesday, May 4th  during regular preschool time. our program will start at 10:00 am. We will then have a short snack time and a special craft for grandparents to do with their grandchildren. If a grandparent is not able to attend please invite someone special to your child to attend.

GRADUATION    Graduation for the Monday/Wednesday class will be Monday, May 24th at 6:30 PM. This is a wonderful evening for all. Please invite all that are special to you and your child. See you there!

WEATHER RELATED CLOSING:If the anoka-Hennepin School district closes because of weahter, then we will close also. Any question please call me at 763-755-8925.

REMINDERS: ALL TUITION payments are due by the 15th of the month. If paid after that date then inclued a $5.00 late fee. Scholastic book orders are due by Thurs, January 21.

Christ Child Preschool began in 1970 and is an exceptional educational based Christian environment where fun and learning go together!


3 year old class - Tuesday/Thursday from 9:15 to 11:45 A.M.
4 year old class - Monday/Wednesday from 9:15 to 11:45 A.M.

 
The Mission of Christ Child Preschool is to offer a quality preschool education and experience in a warm, secure, Christian environment that:

  • Provides experiences and materials which stimulate curiosity and develop creative thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Enables children to experience success at their individual level of development.
  • Creates a climate of confidence in which children learn and play.
  • Cultivates relationships between families and children.

Environment & Curriculum 

Christ Child Preschool offers children an opportunity to grow in a rich, Christian environment. Each child is allowed to develop at his or her own pace and interest level in a caring atmosphere. Our developmentally appropriate classroom is led by warm, experience staff that offer "hands on" learning opportunities.

Three Year Old Class:
Children participate in large and small group activities. There are a variety of centers that encourage their growth while they are engaging in play. i.e. block area, dramatic play, sensory table, manipulatives, book and book on tape listening area. Our circle time consists of calendar, weather, fingerplays, songs and a variety of theme-related activities.

Four Year Old Class:
Building on the activities of the three year old program, Christ Child's four year old program concentrates on activities planned to increase the child's readiness for school and life. The program offers academic and social building blocks for a healthy and exciting transition into Kindergarten.

 
The tuition is $95.00 a month with a $40 non-refundable registration fee.

School year runs from Septermber - May
